    I have not had issues getting my device to wake from sleep since moving to CM10 from the stock ICS. If you are using ICS you should probably ask questions in pio_masaki's ICS/JB kernel thread.
    Running CM10 - Special thanks to the other devs.
    If your feeling generous donate some money to the cause.

    If it happens on any kernel you have one of the tegra2s prone to SoD. In developer options check keep awake, its about all I can offer right now.

    Go to settings then developer options and check keep awake while charging. SOD happens mostly while charging.

    also wondering if the new gapps will fix a bug with Google Talk conversations. I'm getting the icon in the notification bar, but using on the icon does nothing and it doesn't go away unless the clear button is pressed. :confused;

    sorry, everyone. please disregard that last post/screenshot. this is a problem I'm having with my phone running a completely different ROM. I really need some sleep and I've been submerged into the cm10... I really didn't want to steer anyone into a wild bug chase based on my misinformation.

Install the CM10 JB of your flavor plus the Gapps file. Install both through CWM or other preferred loader. Then go to google app store and download titanium backup (free) and reload in all those paid apps you want. So far haven't had any problems this way.
    This is exactly what I did. I was running dalepl's ROM, had a bunch of paid apps, backed up all apps, including paid apps like su elite & winamp products. I then flashed jordans ROM along with the Gapps file and batch restored all apps.

    All the paid apps restored successfully.

    I cannot however seem to restore from play store, and which is already known by the devs.

    FYI,
