How do I connect my Thrive to my PC?

I'm in the process of trying to take a screen shot of my Thrive. I've installed the android SDK but got stuck when I was ready to connect the Thrive to my PC. I went to Radio Shack and they didn't have a USB to USB cable. They had two different mini USBs (4 pin and 8 pin). and didn't know which one I needed. How do you connect your Thrive to your PC? What cable do I need to purchase? It would have been nice if the Thrive used a micro USB so we could use our phone cable.

You use a mini USB cable. Standard with lots of devices. I have at least 5 sitting around.

Thanks for jogging my memory. My camera cable works. Now back to figuring out the screen capture process.

Come to think of it, my Thrive came with a cable for it...
