If your router is setup at 5GHz, the thrive will not connect to it. Check and if it is, set the router to 2.4GHz (I believe). It should then connect.

Looking at the user manual, I do not see anything for frequency. as a matter of fact, it doesn't even list the frequecy of the unit in the specifications. Anyway, the only thing I really can see is if you have MAC filtering or the WiFi protected setup being used. You need to go in and check the WiFi protected setup and add the Thrive to your router. I think that may be your issue. Look it up in your manual. I do not have one of these, so I cannot step you through it. Sorry.

Good luck. I assume, you have connected your Thrive to other networks with no issue? Right?

are you doing any security on your router? If so, when you try to connect, doe you get a prompt for password?
You can try to disable network security for troubleshooting and see if you can connect.
