    Thrive screen timeout problem

For the last few months my Thrive screen has been defaulting to 15 seconds and when I reset it to 5 minutes, most of the time it switches right back to the 15 second timing. This is most annoying when, in the midst of doing something the screen goes dark. I start each session by turning the Thrive on, going to settings - screen - change time to 5 minutes, only to have it switch back on its own to a 15 second setting. What is causing this and how do I get my Thrive to hold the 5 minute setting that I want?

No power saving apps that I'm aware of. Just started doing this a few months ago and nothing had changed - no new apps, etc. Can't figure out what the problem is or how to fix it.
