Browsers suddenly all crashing new problem

I've had my Thrive for about 4 months , and my web browsers have always run perfectly until today. I try to go to buy.com for example, and it goes there, and after about 10 seconds the browser suddenly crashes.

I have tried 6 browsers besides the standard browser and every single one will crash on the pages I open after about 10 seconds.

I'm running HC 3.1 still because its' been well up to this point. I have read here in the forum about the browser crashes, and I'm still baffled because everything else I use on my Thrive is working fine. Games are ok, my Ebooks are all functioning well, etc, just the web browsers are suddenly all crashing.

Does anyone have any ideas what can be wrong after they all worked fine? I have the antivirus program, and did a scan, and all is ok according to Kaspersky's antivirus, no problems found.

The crashes happen on any browser, and on any web page I visit. This is very frustrating when I try to look anything up on the web. If this was a memory problem my other apps would all be crashing as well I'm sure but everything is fine except the browsers, and they were working fine for months.

    Need some help, thanks..

So, what was the fix? I'm sure some of us have similar issues.

My brand new (month old) Toshiba Thrive is also crashing all of a sudden. I have downloaded the Maxthon browser and it doesnt help, its even doing it when using apps now. Do I need a reset, take it completely back to factory settings ? I was loving this thing until this started, it all seemed about the time they put out the latest update to download....before then it was fine.

I'm having this issue with the Dolphin for Pad browser. The longer after a reboot the more likely it is to occur.

Have you tried clearing the cache?

Generally this is due to running out of memory..... clearing the cache can help, but some web sites are just bloated and can cause a browser to crash. I periodically use Fast Reboot after I run and close a bunch of apps. This quickly shuts down running services, restarts them and recovers needed memory.

I am going to try and return my Thrive today, I have tried the factory reset and that doesnt work...it still crashes and resets constantly, you cant do anything with it now...I have to beleive there is something internally wrong with this thing. There is only 3 apps on it now so I know its not overloaded on memory.
    beyond frustrated with this thing.

Is it a particular site (or group of sites) that cause the browsers to crash, or do they crash even at simple sites like Google, etc?
