OK, I will clarify the issue if/when he writes back. Thanks, dalepl.

I, too, do not recommend installing rom manager on the tbrive because, yes, it can be very dangerous if you do not know exactly what you are doing. However, that being said, the "fix permissions" tool part of it does work great on the thrive and since I have yet to find an equivalent, I just want to report that it works fine. If someone knows an alternative utility I would much rather run that though. Just reporting that that part of rom manager does indeed work, and it works well. But the program itself really is too dangerous for most people. I fully agree.

I believe that Root Explorer will set permissions as well as a few other file managers that use root.
Found my signature file, but it appears to be empty...

I see that the current version of the CWM, with dalnet 0002 OOM Rotted ROM displays the "ROM Manager" icon. Does that mean ROM manager is now compatible with the Thrive? In the new Play store, the compatibility message says that the ROM Manager IS compatible with the AT100?

It will run on the Thrive, but that doesn't mean all the options are compatible and all you have to do is format your internal card to find out.

No thanks! (Can't imagine why I would want to) ..but I was really wondering why the ROM Manager Icon is displayed on our current CWM screen? I thought that maybe the app had been updated and was now useable?....seems some of its tools might be useful.

Not sure. I've stayed away from it after someone bricked theirs.
