    Wallpaper tip

There is an app in the market called "Mulitipicture live wallpaper", it allows you to take almost any picture or wallpaper and fit it to your screen. After you download it it will show up under live wallpapers. Select it and select "common settings" then "picture source" and "single picture" and then select where the picture is (I use Quickpic for photos instead of the gallery, check that out too) select your wallpaper or photo and using the back button, back out until you see the picture display and if you like it. Also under "common settings" you want to select "crop/resize ratio" and select full screen.

I have had great success with this app. It allows you to use all kinds of wallpapers and have them display properly.

Here's almost 80k to choose from:
    Abstract Wallpapers And Backgrounds

This one looks really great if you like color, 5th one down on the right.

They seem to work best if when you find one you like, select it and when the new page loads, select it againso it goes fullscreen. Then long press andsave.

Thanks! Being new to tablets and not even having the Thrive in my hands yet, I've been reading the forum for tips everyday and then emailing some to myself under "thread tools" and putting them in a folder because I know they'll be helpful to me later. Thanks for the step-by-step instructions and links.
