How do I remove the back cover? Having trouble even with the switch unlocked.

Don't want to force it, any tricks of where to pry with your fingernails? Or am I going to need a screwdriver or something I'll be wary using around my tablet?

Edit: I figured it out, gotta pry near the docking port, not up near the switch.

I tried at the corner as per the manual and near the docking port and no luck. I don't have any finger nails left. Any hints? Thanks!

I have read that it does get easier to change the cover or remove it.

If you notice in the videos with Toshiba reps, the reps always seem to go for the speaker ports when removing the back cover.

That is also what the manual says to do.

LOL, I used a butterknife. Just a little twist got it loose.

The day mine arrived, I had a blue back cover ready to go on. Sice I didn't want to go caveman on it & break something, I used a small flathead screwdriver & gave a little twist. After the first part of the cover releases, the rest of it can be removed by hand. And it does get easier to remove the cover with each time you do it. I had to do a battery pull (try that with any other tablet ) & even that has a couple of locks like a laptop.

Its not easy to remove. But I guess on one hand that's a good thing. I had a hard time getting my cover off as well.
