Rooted using Dales stock rom and running green theme with no problems. I also have changed font along with boot up animation and still start up at 32sec. Not bad.

Bump I am still looking for a solution to my 2.43 boot time. I'm unrooted and installed startup manager but nothing seems to help I uninstalled a bunch of apps and no improvement there either. Any help would be appreciated.

Same time as mine now. Rooted and overclocked. Timed from start of haptic feedback and stopped when everything was fully loaded and ready.

I wonder why unrooted would take that long... Strange..
