Thrive Browsers, Internet Forums, and the Search Function - Issue Resolved

I use my Thrive to browse a lot of Internet Forums. As a rule I do not use the "Android" versions of those forums (if one exists) because, with the 10" screen on the Thrive, I find that the regular PC version of the forums are perfectly acceptable.

I have noticed that on a lot of the forums, possibly related to the forum software, the Search function does not work. If you click on search, the little search data entry line shows up, but as soon as you bring up the Thrive keyboard to type in your search term the search function closes.

I mentioned this on one of those forums, and in one of the replies it was suggested to long-click on the Advanced Search. I tried it, and it works.

Just thought I'd pass it along.

Tapatalk is a great app for forums, not just this one. The search function works very well for me.
