Install v2.5 or later from the market.

Log in / create account

Go through setup.

Press the bottom menu icon / settings

Tap Enable Video Calling and confirm yes on the warning.

Great news, just downloaded. Is there a way you can view yourself on video like the Windows version? I've turned video calling on, but didn't see a way to check the image that will be sent.

Check in setting, as I remember there is an option for that.
Also, does Skype autorun on your tablets after update? In my it doesn't...

I'm not a big advocate of video Skype (too old and ugly) so I'm wondering if the upgrade to Skype v2.5 is worth the intrusion of ads if audio calls are all you really want to work clearly and efficiently. Are there any other advances in the new version that aren't getting the acclaim that video working on the tablet is garnering?

Vidoe worked after enabling video Skype in settings. Cameras and audio both working well, even though you get a notice saying this device isn't certified.
