SwiftKey 5 goes free, adds number row, emoji and paid themes | Android Central

One of Android's top paid apps is now free. SwiftKey, long one of our favorite third-party keyboards, has dropped its $3.99 price for its fifth iteration — available today — and is throwing in a bunch of new features as well.

Thanks, JT! I'd been dying to say something about the new features, but I was testing the private beta for it, and they had asked us not to. I'm glad it's out of beta now, and everyone can experience it. It's fun to be able to use emojis now, and there's a TON of new themes available. SwiftKey is one app that I'd never mind paying for, but the fact that they made it free now is awesome!

    Thriving with dalepl's silky-smooth DaleNet IMM76D.01.000072314 Rooted ROM (US ICS 4.0.4) and Pio_Masaki's Melchior v 2.4 kernel
