We use these just to have something to carry them in with the charger.

    Thanks Dave,

That case is a good alternative. I was hoping for something that will protect it before placing it in a carrier. I recently had my brand new thirve in a portfolio case and dropped it in the parking lot and my screen shattered. The replacement is arriving today and I want to avoid this from happening again.

    Thanks again for your response.

hey this case will not help when you drop it. I'm sure the glass would break even in this case. It is more so to keep the Tablet from getting harmed with scratches. just easier to carry.

I don't think you're going to find something like that, at least not until bobj does a drop-test on his line of covers.

The only thing would be a camera-style briefcase with foam inside, but you'd still have to put it in there first.

There is a case coming out that is made with a resin that hardens on impact. If i find the article again i'll post it. For now i use a purse with a shoulder strap. :-)
