any recommendation for reliable sd card for Thrive tablet

Hi, I bought a new Thrive tablet (8GB internal memory). Guess 8GB won't save much stuff, so thinking about getting an external SD. Read from the manual that it supports SD card with volume up to 128GB. Oh mine, I definitely want to get one.

But not sure what brand to go for. Any ideas?

Hi casey, welcome to the forum! Most any good SD card should work. I've been using PNY and Team cards for a few years with no problems, knock on wood. Make sure it's a full-size SD card, though. Some Thrives don't like working with microSD cards in adapters.

Hi panda. Thanks for the reply and sorry for getting back to you late. Yes, I also prefer full-size SD card. I'll probably go for a SanDisk or PNY SDHC. Thanks again for your tip!

I've used SanDisk and Kingston full-sized 16GB cards without any issue.
