    The good stuff is incredibly pliable. It could have just as easily been done in 1 piece but wouldn't have looked as cool.

    Danvee is correct. It could have been done just as easy in one piece. I did two pieces to mimic the pattern the back of the thrive. Had i been industrious, I would have done it in four. Heat is the key to wrapping the corners. Keep in mind that as you pull the material in one direction it shrinks in the other. There are a bazillion youtube vids on how to do this.

    that looks very nice,can't tell it by me the corners are messed up. hey now it's out of your system and you can move on to the next project.

    They don't suck, they just need a little more heat and a little more trimmimg. A great first effort!

    Can't tell from the picture that anything is off with the corners. Now you have a feel for it, next time will be easier. Friz has apparently been doingthis for a while. I doubt his first project was perfect.

    Rosalie is right. I am a serial hobbist. The good news is you can always rip it off and do it over. I have yet to screw something up so bad that I couldn't throw it away.
