    As you have Internet access (you're posting here) go to Toshiba.Com and check out the contacts :

    If there's no support for the Sudan, you may need to contact the seller, website or not, as they may be able to direct you.

    There is an issue with JB for the Excite that will trip up WiFi turning on at times. I have found that rebooting will usually fix it. Sometimes, (even if it says it is starting) turning off the WiFi in the settings and then turning it back on will goose it into gear.
    Found my signature file, but it appears to be empty...

    That's too much like the old joke about a mechanic, an engineer and a Microsoft programmer whose car stalled. While the first two were looking under the hood, the MS guy said they just needed to close and reopen the windows.

    Only thing is, he claimed to have done a factory reset, so that involved turning off and rebooting at least once, right?
