Dont unzip, just copy directly to sd card. You shoudlnt need to wipe anything but I wipe cache as a habit when I flash something new. Prob wouldnt be a bad idea.

So far - major differences are NTFS support and the powersave governor. There will be more coming soon.

    Hy!

I just registered to the forum, but I've been reading it for months now since I'm a Thrive owner too.
So thank you all for the custom roms, the tips, the tricks and all the other stuff which have been useful.

    To timmytim:

First of all, thank you very much for your Honey Baked 2.0. I flashed it 3 days ago and so far I just love it.
About your kernel (didn't try it out yet): I believe some of us would find very interesting (I would!) to be able to use a 3G USB modem in our wifi-only Thrive. Personally, I own a Huawei E180 that I want to use with the Thrive so bad.

    Can you make this happen?

Yes it's built in as a kernel module. You don't need that app.
