Welcome to the Forum!
Hi, my name is Altheda, and I have had my Toshiba Thrive since Christmas 2011. Other than a badly cracked screen (caused when I dropped it and worsened by my son) it had worked fairly well up until the last few weeks. For over a year, I have had the Wild Tangent games app and about 10 games related to it. Each game has its own icon on my home screen. Now, every time I tap on the main app or any related game, I get "Unfortunately, Games has stopped" and my home screen returns. I don't know what caused this - I have not uploaded anything new and have actually deleted some old, unused apps to free up memory. Any ideas on what to do, other than just delete them all and be done with it?
Hi Altheda, welcome to the forum! One of the apps you uninstalled may have been something the games needed, or it became corrupted. With Android, there really isn't a fix other than deleting and reinstalling.
Hello World, I'm new but my Thrive isn't....I've had it for 3 years and haven't used it much. I'd like to run Office on it.
Official Microsoft Office for Android requires 4.4. Better off looking at some of the compatible Office apps.
Found my signature file, but it appears to be empty...
New on, heard about this site this morning while checking for Android password solution. Will just post for update and possible help after this.
Got AT100 with second time needing factory reset asking for password which was never setup.
I have a Toshiba Thrive tablet since it hit the market, always happy with it .. Until recently. From what I've seen in the need to find a place where you can solve my problems and I've found this amazing community.
Greetings to all.

Hi, I'm Edward.
Just received my Thrive from my sister who now owns an iPad. Her German shepard put his paw on the screen also. But after a day of reading the posts in the Dale section I managed to put a more recent ROM on it. Big big thanks to all the Rom-bakers/wizzards here. I'm just a normal bread baker. :-)
Now I'm gonna look for a new screen, this tablet is gonna start it's second life.
Welcome, Edward! The Thrive is a little aged but still very useful, especially with the updated ROMs that are smoother and more stable.
