    Intro for a Markksutter

A couple of years ago, my wife wanted a tablet for work/home. Being an Engineer, selecting a tablet for her seemed like the perfect job for me. I listened to her needs/desires and selected a 7 inch Toshiba Thrive with 32GB memory. Now she wants to start hooking it up to usb flash drives, and again, being an Engineer, seems like the job for me. So far, no luck. So, next I'll try to find the right forum to post my problems, and hope for suggestions.

Nope, supposedly the mini USB port has host ability though.

Only if powered, the USB itself is not powered.

Found my signature file, but it appears to be empty...

Powered hub or not doesn't affect it having host mode, it does with or without one. You just can't use most devices
