It will make things much easier if anyone can find a way for flashing without an external sdcard. Anyone?

Might give the new CWM a try. Try mounting USB.

Duh, stupid me. How can they get the new CWM Touch if they can't mount their SD card?!

I've always wonder why only the SD card and not a USB stick as 2nd option.

My guess is the developer simply didn't want to add that much support. I believe CWM loads before the OS and is self-contained, simply speaking. Of course, I could be wrong.

Why only SD card? How many Android devices have USB support (even mini hosting)?
