So they fixed the problem with 6.0.0.1. That's good. We just need to test the 'limits'.

ok - i just did a backup with cwm 5 in preparation to re-flash the ics rom - what im wondering is first - does the new cwm completely replace the old one - and if something happens when i flash the new cwm will it restore from the backup i did with cwm 5 ?

    Good question.
The new version replaces the old completely.
The original 6.0.0.1 had issues when restoring old version backups.
The new version supposedly fixes that, as it both uses the .tar and 'blob' methods.
Maybe wait for dalepl to weigh in?

v6 is supposed to be backward compatable. Never tried it. By the way. When you flash my ICS ROM, it still has v5 with it, so you will lose v6 and have to reflash it. I will post an update after I see that it does in fact work and also after I have a couple of changes to add in. Until then, you guys will have to point people here to get it.

Remember, I did not develop or compile this. All I did was use the builder site to build a new version. By the way, thanks @t1nk for the test drive of the main function.

No problem anytime, I know but if it wasn't for you we wouldn't have it.
